Minimum Order for Train merchandise
is $25.00
We will ship smaller orders but the minimum shipping is $15.95

Personal checks and money orders are accepted and will have
to clear before order is shipped
Usually two weeks.

Texas residents will be billed at 8.25% sales tax.

All Train merchandise is new unless otherwise noted and
comes with the full manufacturers warranty. Defective merchandise must be
returned to manufacturer no exceptions.

Items we consider for returns must be returned within
30-days of order receipt.
You must contact us
first.
Any product returned without authorization from us
will be refused.
Returned items may incur a restocking fee up to 15%.
Returned items must be in new and resalable condition with all original boxes
and packing.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are
non-refundable.
Shipping cost and restocking fees will be deducted from
customers refund.
Orders that must be canceled after
they have been submitted
and charged will be assessed a 3 to 4% transaction
fee.
Credit card companies and PayPal charge retailers per
transaction
even if the order is canceled.
HOW TO RESERVE AN ORDER

To reserve an order we require a
10% down payment. A lot of items arrive over a period of time like ordering
Walthers name trains. We will ship each item as it arrives after receiving
payment in full for that item. The down payment will be applied to the last
item shipped completing the order. Most reserved orders will save you up to 25%
off msrp. Let us know what you want and we will be glad to give you a quote you
cannot beat! Refunds on pre-orders will only be given
when merchandise is sold. We have to do this to keep the deep discounts we
offer. No exceptions.

Oversized And/Or Heavy Packages - Extra Shipping
Charges/ Shipping Method Changes Oversized and/or heavy
packages that have dimensional weight charges will incur additional shipping
charges as imposed by all shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL).
Customers will be charged the actual cost of shipping (Plus a $2.00 handling
fee).Items may include, but not limited to: Transformers, Track, Train Sets,
Expansion Packs, and more. Call for details. Please Note these types of
orders will incur additional freight charges and will be added by Harris
Hobbies at the time of order processing and will not be reflected on the final
order checkout page.

Please note that our shipping costs include shipping and
handling (shipping materials) costs. All items are packaged well in a box or
bubble envelope for shipping. If express mail is wanted/needed please contact
