Fair to poor paint job - runs intermittently - possible cleaning and lube will fix

Not sure about model as all others I found the loco is exactly like this one but this one
has cab detail. Others the motor is sticking out the back of the cab.
Also the tender is a little different as this one has a backup light others don't

As you can see the cab roof comes off. They came originally with an open frame motor.
My guess is maybe this is a can motor which is smaller and they added cab detail.
Also added the backup light on the tender.
